People Worldwide

Last April, when I started brainstorming about how to raise funds for our monthly trips to Ukraine with humanitarian aid, I came up with the idea of making a European Challenge. At that time, it seemed a good idea, so I started building this website. It was a very slow process, since I don’t have any background in IT, and I have never before made a website. I really had to start from scratch, and learn everything by trial and error.

Now that the website is almost done (it will never be completely done), and is online, I see that there are a lot of visitors from outside Europe (America, Canada, India,…). As a result, I already regret having called it “European.” Because each donation, no matter which country it is from, is very important to be able to continue our monthly trips.

Unfortunately, I cannot turn back the clock, but I hope that non-European people who land on this website will still donate, despite the name. And I also hope that you will forward this website to family and friends so that this can go viral, and we can all collectively raise a large amount of money.

Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation!
